If you need to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing support@intunevision.com. If your order has not shipped, we will refund your payment. If your order has shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the frame and art print are in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days upon receiving. We ask that you inspect your frames upon delivery to ensure there aren’t any issues. If you come across any concerns, please email support@intunevision.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

In order to return your frame purchase, all items must be included without damage, in the original packaging. The frame must be inside the frame case and the lens cloth must be in its plastic sleeve. The art print must have the white backing board behind it and clear sleeve around it to ensure protection. We require the print to be shipped in the cardboard sleeve it was originally shipped in. The art print needs to be received back to INTUNE Vision with no creases, wrinkles, or torn areas. These are one-of-a-kind prints made by artists specifically to match our frames, in limited quantities. If there is any damage to them, the return will not be valid.

Returns are accepted only through our online service; they are not accepted through any event locations. If you’ve purchased a frame through any retail stores that carry our product, please note that you will have to adhere to their return policy.

WARRANTY

We have a one year warranty for any frame that has a manufacturer’s defect. If you have received a frame that has a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace your frame or give you your money back, in full. A manufacturer’s defect can be defined by an error in the production of the frame, which then causes it to not work properly or break. We do not cover accidental breakage or damages to the frame.
